In order to prevent creation of outlaw, mafia state, in which All ordinary and decent people live in fear, it is necessary to establish it as Federation of Albanians and Serbs, and not a second, national state for Albanians, while in fact it is land without law run by drug lords.
Partition of power between two authentic national elites which do live in Kosovo, is the only way to prevent creation of constant source of criminal and political violence all over Europe.
This solution would be for the benefit of Kosovo Albanians, and Kosovo Serbs, of Albania, Serbia, and the whole Balkans.With help of EU, Albania and Serbia should work together to heal this land, and take it back from criminals, on all sides.
